What this app does:

Retrieve the list of email addresses from your CRM Airtable.
Fetch the most recent email with these addresses from your Gmail.
Update the Airtable CRM with the date and summary of the email.
To use this with your own Airtable, click on "Make a Copy to Customize" (top right) and update the description to use the names of the columns in your Airtable.
